- tips and tricks to help you reach your goals: lean out, lose weight, improve athletic performance, reduce risk of disease, improve health markers
- simple but informative handouts, links to more information, and suggested products that will increase your knowledge and make you healthier
- access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
- my personal commitment to your health and success
- 50% discount for a health food / grocery store tour, and discount available for up to 3 friends or family members to come along
- giveaways that are valuable to you – samples of health food snacks, products, vitamins, books, etc. I select these based on what you need and what you are interested in – if you hate reading or don’t have the time, I won’t give you a book!
- 30 minute follow up session to use within 6 months of completing the program, this is here to help you stay on track and keep the momentum going on your healthy lifestyle
