My philosophy is centered around achieving optimal health and fitness. My health coaching approach helps busy people balance their lives, training, and food choices in a way that is easy and sustainable. I believe in the power of eating real, whole foods, avoiding processed sugar, and applying the principles of the Paleo Diet to modern living. All of my coaching is done over the phone, I’ve found that it’s much easier to find time for yourself when you don’t have to travel to another appointment. I’ve also noticed that my clients are more comfortable and honest with me over the phone, and that is something that is VERY important to me.
